In flight.
The candidate product specs submitted for the Miami Build Day VP vote. Each row is a working document authored by a consultant or VP at Campana & Schott. Click any row to read the full spec.
Three specs.
One day to ship.
These are the specs the VP team selected for Build Day on April 17. Three teams. One each. The rest of the pool stays published below as the firm's reference library.
PulseCheck (Build Day)
PulseCheck helps change management consultants on pharma transformations parse Teams debriefs into ADKAR-mapped stakeholder health scores, personalized re-engagement nudges, and a plain-language sponsor dashboard.
PriorityIQ
PriorityIQ helps portfolio managers at pharma and medtech clients automatically score and rank intake requests against weighted criteria, with plain-English rationale for every decision replacing manual Excel scoring cycles.
United Governance Sherpa
An AI-guided intake and case-management platform that helps compliance officers at regulated enterprises route, review, and audit governance decisions across data, AI, and privacy domains.
Every spec that was submitted, selected or not. The selected three are marked.
Every spec on this page is a markdown file in content/specs/. Dropping a new file triggers a Vercel build and the spec appears here within 30 seconds.
The one-line description in each row is drafted by Claude against the full spec body, written back into the file's frontmatter, and reviewed by a human before it ships. The command is npm run descriptions. This is the Consulting 2.0 pattern we're teaching at Build Day: AI does the heavy lifting, a human keeps editorial control, and the work is auditable in git history.
This whole page — from idea to live URL — was built in roughly an hour on April 7. That's the demonstration.
