The portfolio
begins April 17.

Three teams will build three prototypes on Build Day. By 5:30 PM Eastern on April 17, this page will hold them — screenshots, descriptions, the spec, the team, the demo link or request-access CTA. By April 24, the public commitments made at the Wrap will be visible here too: each prototype either has a customer link or a one-page postmortem on why it got killed. Both are wins.

  • The spec
    The full Build Day product design spec the team built against.
  • The team
    Builder, Product Owner, Client Advocate, Narrator, Market Analyst, Pricing Strategist.
  • Screenshots from the live demo
    Pulled from the recording. The actual app, not mockups.
  • Demo link or access CTA
    Live URL if the prototype is hosted publicly. "Request access" if it lives behind a customer firewall — Compass-style.
  • The Wrap commitment
    Ship to a named customer by a date, or kill with a 1-pager by a date. Updated as the commitment plays out post-day.
  • The postmortem (if killed)
    The 1-pager on why this got killed and what we learned. Often more valuable than the prototype itself.
